Due for completion in early 2008 The Banyan Estate development will consist of private villas, condominiums, a commercial area, seventy-five Bali style rental villas and a private golf course.

The Bali style villas will be available for rent when the course is complete. Hua Hin Golf Tours is offering these villas as a package including accommodation; transfers; golf on the Banyan Estate private golf course as well as golf at all other courses in Hua Hin.

Only residents of the estate can access the course by a 5 minute cart ride over the mountain to the clubhouse.
