Thai cooking courses are becoming more and more popular right now. We guess it may have something to do with the amount of Thai restaurants opening up overseas, in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong etc. We have had a number of guests who have recently asked us to organise a class for them. The ingredients in your home countries can be bought relatively cheaply from any Asian supermarket, but putting them together in an edible fashion, well, that's the tricky bit. So, that's where the class comes in.
