Weather:

We are entering our summer with midday temperatures hovering around 33C and dropping to 25C at night. The cooling sea breeze is very welcome.  The weather is perfect for golf.

Majestic Creek:  

A great layout!  Well worth the visit!

We are receiving many complimentary comments from guests who played the course.

Course C is now closed for renovation.

Played courses A & B on 3rd April 2013..   Both courses are in excellent condition.

Extensive work has been carried out on the course.  The owners are spending a lot of money to improve the standard of the course and the service provided.  All the indications are that things are moving in the right direction.

Courses A & B has been revamped and the greens relaid with TifEagle grass.  They are much quicker than previously.

Banyan:

I played the course on Tuesday, 7th May. 

Banyan have cored their greens which are healing rapidly.  Work will commence on the fairways and clubhouse painting will commence and finish during May.  All facilities will be open and disruption will be minimal.

Black Mountain: 

I played the course on Wednesday, 10th October 2012. The course is in excellent condition.

Restaurant price guide:  Meatball sandwich and coffee = Baht 250. 

Palm Hills:

We played the course yesterday, 19th April 2013.  The course is dry but playing well.  The greens remain fast and tricky to read - a good caddie helps!

The restaurant service was efficient and the prices reasonable.

Springfield Royal

The courses are in excellent condition.  The greens were perfect - holding and true.

There are many new caddies and training is taking place.

Imperial Lake View  

My colleague played courses A & B yesterday. 5th April 2013..   Whilst the greens are almost perfect, they are surprisingly slow.  The condition of the fairways has improved following fairways being vericut, scarified and fertilised.  

The courses is dry and playing from off the fairway is from hard, dry ground.

Sea pine

I played this course for the first time on Monday, 24th September 2012.  I was very impressed with the course and clubhouse facilities.  The course was in excellent condition and the last few holes are played along the beach - stunning.   The restaurant has a terrace overlooking the sea and is a great place to enjoy a drink after the round.

Royal Hua Hin

After the recent rains the course is in good condition.  The greens are slower than most other courses and are very grainy.   Those unfamiliar with the course will find the greens hard to read and it is always good to listen to your caddie (most are very experienced).
