The lakes Course was the second course built at this famous resort. It has just undergone an extensive renovation by increasingly acclaimed Golf East and should be in pristine condition. It was designed originally by Yoshikazu Kato and was built around and through the water filled chasms that were the result of mining in days gone past. Mix in a few rubber tree plantations and the addition of the beautifully landscaped flowering trees and shrubs and it is a very unique and less difficult site than its companion course.

All descriptions of this course would not be complete unless the 18th, a 471 yard par 4 was added. It's all up-hill and generally it's a minimum of 200 yards carry over a deep canyon to escape the grave yard of, literally, nearly a million golf balls since its inception.
