Peter Thompson designed this very interesting and challenging course of just under 7000 yards. The nearly 100 bunkers are all that you would expect from a 5 time Open Champion and their strategic placement makes you think your way around this course. The course is surrounded by the northern hills and mountains with lakes, streams and waterfalls coming into play on most holes. This is known as the course without a poor hole as it blends beautifully with its natural surroundings.
