Hua Hin and Cha-am Tours & Sightseeing
Hua Hin and Cha-am are twin resorts on the western coast of the Gulf of Thailand and also the summer home of the present King. The Royal palace is named "Klai Kang Won Palace" translated as "far from worries" which describes perfectly the environment to be enjoyed in the area.
The choice of accommodation ranges from truly deluxe 5-star hotels to modest, budget priced guesthouses. Most first-time visitors are pleasantly surprised at the high standards of accommodation and service. They are equally taken aback by the layout and condition of the six golf courses in the area.
The combination of good accommodation and great golf courses has established the area as one of the finest golfing resorts in South East Asia. The Hua Hin / Cha-am area is only about 180 kilometers (2.5 hours drive) south of Bangkok.
Hua Hin and Cha-am are 25 kms apart and linked by long, curving bays lapped by a warm, gentle sea. For the non-golfer or during non-golfing moments, the emphasis is on swimming and water sports, or merely relaxing on the beach. There is the opportunity to explore some of Thailand's fascinating national parks and to learn some of the history that pervades the region. Tour 01: Snorkelling Boat Tour
Full day : 07.00 - 18.00, included lunch
Three hours drive down South through the coconut plantation to province Chumpon. Our journey continue on the clear waters of Western Gulf, with one hour boat trip for snorkelling and diving and explore the corals around the island.
We will have lunch on the boat and time to relax. We continue by boat to take more of the local undersea world and tropical fish in this area.
Tour 02: Petchaburi
Half day : 08.30 - 15.30, included lunch
50 minutes drive to Khoa Wang; a summer residence of King Rama IV. Explore Khao Luang Cave hosting 170 Buddha statues, proceed to admire the Khmer architecture at Wat Prasrimahathat. Lunch at a restaurant in Petchaburi before returning to your hotel.
Tour 03: Floating Market plus Petchaburi
Full day : 07.00 - 16.00, included lunch
From our beach resort we journey toward Ratchaburi province stopping enroute at a home - made sugar cane factory - a major crop grown and havested in these parts.
On arrival at Damnern Saduak, we board our boat for fascinating cruise through the canal (Klong) leading to the market. Catch a glimpse here teetering on the major sellingpoint everyday.
Driving back to explore Petchaburi, the impressive summer residence "Khao Wang" on the hillside, built by King Rama IV in the last century. A stop here will afford time to visit the palace and enjoy a fine vista of the town, and surrounding rice fields.
Tour 04: Floating Market plus Rose Garden
Full day : 07.00 - 18.00, included lunch
2 hours ride North bring you to the floating market of Damnern Saduak, where you take a boat trip along the canals to the centre of the market. Continue to Nakorn Prathom to visit the largest pagoda in Thailand, followed by lunch in the restaurant.
After lunch attend the Thai Village show at The Rose Garden.
Tour 05: Pala-U
Half day : 08.30 - 15.00, included lunch
The journey to the jungle west of Hua Hin takes you through a region of uninhabited peaks and valleys to the Pala-U Waterfall. After a nature walk through the forest, you reach the first level of the Waterfall where you can then continue to climb up to the fourth or fifth stage. Sensible shoe are essential as the pathway can be slippery.
Tour 06: Sam Roi Yod National Park
Full day : 08.30 - 16.00, included lunch
A one hour drive from Hua Hin through pineapple and coconut plantations of Sam Roi Yod. Visit an unspoiled typical Thai fishing village and then by boat to the beach below Prayanakorn Cave. The climb to the cave is quite rigorous. After lunch there will be time for leisure on the beach. Those not wishing to climb may spend more time on the beach.
Tour 07: Sam Roi Yod II
Half day : 07.30 - 13.00, included Snack
On arrival at Sam Roi Yod National Park, visit the information house where we get more knowledge of wetland area. On the side climb up to see "Men Cave" at Ban Khoa Daeng board our boat and cruise along the scenic atmosphere on the beach.
Tour 08: Floating Market and River Kwai
Full day : 06.30 - 19.00, included lunch
A good opportunity for you to visit two famous in day trip. At Damnern Saduak floating market, we take a boat trip along the canals to the market. The tour continues to Kanchanaburi, the world famous bridge over River Kwai, a short journey by train along the death railway.
Visit the 2nd world war museum and the well-kept cemeteries containing the graves of an estimated 9,000 allied.
Tour 09: River Kwai
Full day : 07.00 - 18.00, included lunch
Travel by minibus to Kanchanaburi to see the world-famous bridge over the river Kwai, visit the Death museum where the lives of P.O.W 's during the WWII are portrayed through many photograps, illustrations and relics.
Time will be given to explore the area by train across the bridge along the death railway. Visit the well-kept cemeteries containing the graves of an estimated 9,000 allied. Station for lunch at a local restaurant.
Tour 11: Hua Hin Fishing Village
15 minutes from the centre of the beautiful Royal Resort town of Hua Hin, a unique new fishing experience for you and your family.
